All items are final sales. No refunds. Exchanges will be provided only in event of receipt of incorrect or damaged product.
If you receive the incorrect item or if the item arrives to you in a damaged condition, please contact our Customer Service Manager within five (5) business days for assistance. Upon return of the incorrect or damaged item, the correct, undamaged product will be sent to you.
Event sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled. Registration may be transferred from one individual to another. Contact the Customer Service Manager for assistance.
